Returns and refunds

To ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards and consumer protection, returns are subject to the complete integrity of the products, which must be returned in impeccable condition, unused, and still with the original warranty seal, as well as the packaging and labels intact in all their parts. The return procedure must be formalized by contacting our Customer Service in advance, who will provide the necessary technical instructions for shipping.
